MSC Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) fosters the development of useful leadership and interpersonal skills and promotes a spirit of unity and cooperation among incoming student leaders at Texas A&M University in a conference format.

The Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) is a committee of the Memorial Student Center at Texas A&M University.

The Memorial Student Center (MSC) promotes leadership development through campus programs and service opportunities while preparing students to engage in a global society.
